No, not prisoners...
Every morning all the kitties go into the bedroom so that Snafu can come out of his room, have a peaceful breakfast and spend some one on one time with me.
Then, when it's lunch time, everycat is ready to come out and eat!
We're hungry!!!
By this time of day, Snafu has found a napping spot that is out of the path of other kitties, and the delicate balance is maintained.

How sweet! I must show my hubby photos of what you did to that door. We have a lot of doors that segregate cats, but it messes up the air flow for hear and air conditioning- we need to do that.
ReplyDeleteThat does not sound TOO complicated, especially if it keeps the peace!
ReplyDeleteThat is a good way to keep the peace.
ReplyDeleteWow, you guys sure are patient!
ReplyDeleteI used the screen door method too! Works wonderfully. I got the Victorian style doors that looked very cute but the screen always was getting destroyed. Your wire grate idea is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteHmmm, Ayla needs ta eat alone, but WE dont have ta be locked away while she eats. She just eats up high where WE cant reach.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind words Moma Lisa. I can come home later this afternoons as my ligaments are not as bad as they first thought.
