Enjoying the Outdoors!





Finally! We are getting some dryer weather and all the kitties have been enjoying the outdoor enclosure.






If you'll notice that BJ is on the top rung of the ladder and Penny is on one of the side steps trying to get back into the house while Angus is on the platform on the ground. They have essentially surrounded Snafu who is sitting on the platform in front of the ladder looking at me...always looking at me.


To round out the gang, Yukon is on the platform with Angus and Nick is on the grass. They are watching a squirrel (aka The Red Tree Rodent).

    Do they ever jump out over the top of the fence? Especially with the ladder being there? I've always wondered what I could do to make a safe enclosure for cats outdoors...

    Great enclosure! Maybe another "something" nice and elevated would provide a place for the grounded kitties like Snafu.You know, I'm coming to really love that guy.
    Goodwill always has the coolest display racks from retail stores for sale that make great cat climbers. Our love to you

    Wow Lisa, they have quite a set-up there.I am always happy for cats who are able to be outside,feel the grass and watch the critters and still be safe from predators and traffic. The closest mine will ever come, being on the 2nd floor, is by me getting a full screen storm door. Which I have requested from my landlord. At least they can see outside and get some fresh air. Snafu looks tranquil!
