Welcome to Friday Night Fights!
Dairy King vs Yellow Boy
Tonight’s match features recent champion Dairy King (Wizard) vs Yellow Boy (Owen).
Right to it then.
Oh! Yellow Boy rolls immediately - just as Dairy King approaches.
There’s a struggle as Yellow Boy tries to use his hind legs. Dairy King goes in for the pin.
Ho! Yellow Boy’s sudden twisting action forces Dairy King off. He circles.
And Blam! Dairy Kings plops on top of Yellow Boy from the other side.
Yellow Boy attempts his hind leg maneuver again.
Will his paunch get in the way of his punch? Can his left hind leg push him off to victory?
Oh, no! Yellow Boy misses and falls to the side, and Diary King moves in for the pin. No twisting will help Yellow Boy now.
They don’t call him the Diary King because he’s a cream puff!
And now a word from our sponsor…..
Yukon says, “Samuel Adams, Cherry Wheat Ale is nom, nom good! Buy it. Drink it, but not too much. Nom!”
Well folks! That's the end of another match. Thank you all for attending Friday Night Fights. Please join us again next time.
Well done! This got my Friday AM off to a purrfect start. I'm delighted to have found this blog. :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat match!!!
ReplyDeleteAlways drink responsibly, MOL!
Wow that was exciting. We really thought a back kick from Owen would decide the fight, but Wizard is no pussy.
ReplyDeleteMOl you make us smile with how much you put into this blg.. Thanks.. Love the last picture.. HUgs GJ x
ReplyDeleteBrilliant!
ReplyDeleteWe LOVE Furriday Night Fights at yer house! Mom and Dad LOVE Sam Adams, but not the Cherry! Mom loves the Oktoberfest! Looking forward to the next match and we'll bring the Jiffy Pop!!!
ReplyDeletePS...Cricket posted her award from you, today! thanx again!
That was quite a bout! We were sort of pulling for yellow boy. Maybe he'll win the rematch!

Wow, that match was more exciting that the last one...they keep getting better. Y'all must really train hard for a match like that. Oh, by the way, those things you saw on the floor of my DunnoCam are actually fake poinsettia leaves from the garland that Mom hung on the raining...I just feel obligated to rearrange and remove as necessary!
ReplyDeleteThat was another great fight.
ReplyDeleteYellow Boy, maybe you should try getting up to fight. Just a hint.
ReplyDeleteVery funny! First the play-by-play, and then the commercial! Just like TV. But this is even better.
ReplyDeleteWhen I stumbled on to your site, I sure was surprised when my Lord Albert (long haired grey tabby)and Archibald the Great (yellow short haired tailess wonder who has been missing for over 7 years)playing at your home. Except Lord Albert is still with me. He disappeared for about three months two years ago. When he came home he refused to tell me where he was. While he was gone I got Henry the VII to take his place. Now there are three of them, until my niece and sister-in-law gave me Lady Herriot (black cat, named after James Herriot the vet), now there are four of them. I forgot Arnold the Stray, black and white stray. We all sleep in a single bed, quite crowded.
ReplyDeleteAnother exciting Friday night...so much bettter than Ghost Whisperer
ReplyDeleteThat is a great match. I am surprised that the floofy tail advantage never came into play though - I used to see that happen here sometimes. Very cute!
ReplyDeleteGreat fight! Laila Ali wants to fight Dairy King now. She's the champ in our house.
ReplyDeleteI thought Yellow Boy was going to win with the back paws! Great Match
ReplyDeleteThere sure is a lot of wrasslin' going on at your place! We love it!
ReplyDeleteYellow Boy is SO much like Skeeter...
ReplyDeleteLOL! My boys do that kind of sparring too.
ReplyDeleteIt's Saturday and Owen's on the LOLSpot.
ReplyDeleteSuch drama! Such excitement! We can hardly wait until next weeks fight. Can we start making bets?
ReplyDeleteYes... lets bet... (kitty titbits)..
ReplyDeleteH, D&B
Usually we tune out the commercials... but this is one commercial break worth remembering!!! ha, ha, ha...
ReplyDeleteWe are both very impressed with Yellow Boy's skillful use of his hind legs. Has he been watching the Matrix movies???
