A Snafu Friday

The Oak Leaf Boy is Back in Business!

We haven't had snow on the ground since the end of February. That's pretty rare for Central Maine, but Snafu was quite happy to have uncovered some leaves from last fall and has been bringing them in. Here are some pictures and a quick video of him playing with his favorite toy.

It's kind of hard to see because it's so dark, but he is looking up at the leaf being dangled in front of the camera.

And there's the drop! Whap, whap!

It's so much fun! There's nothing quite like it!

It's good to nom, nom on too!

Here's a quick taste of Snafu in action....

Now you know why most of the pictures are a bit blurry!
If you can't play the video, please try it HERE.

  1. You were very excited with that leaf Snafu. Once when the Beans were on holiday and we were purrisoners, a leaf blew in the garage and the Auntie who comes to play with us told mum I got really excited about it. Now mum always puts a few leaves in different places for me to find when they go away.

  19. That Snafu certainly is a very strange boy, but I like that about him. He's always very, very frisky, isn't he?

Dante likes to bring in leaves, too, but he just drops them for me to find and clean up. Maybe he thinks they're prey that he's gifting me with.

Loved seeing that Snafu in action!

  24. Snafu, you are the Leaf Master!

Gandalf and Grayson use to be able to go Outside and chase Pecan tree leaves, but then that nasty Menace Cat started lurking and ruined it for us!
